Baked Macaroni Cheese


 Pasta –Elbo is the best   -1 ½ cup
 Milk-1 cup
 Large egg-1
 Cheese-cheddar-shredded (no American cheese slices)-2-3 cups

Crushed Potato chips- 1/2 cup


Cook pasta in water salted according to package, when its cooked strain the excess water and keep the pasta aside.  Mix milk and egg in a bowl.   In a casserole dish layer 1/2 cup cooked pasta, little milk mixture,  sprinkle a little cheese. Do the same for the next layer and try to make at least 3 to 4 layers, refrigerate for an hour.  Sprinkle cheese and chips just before baking.  Bake 350 C for 30-45 min.  Bake till  cheese is melted and it starts to bubble.
