Wheat Oatmeal Pumpkin Bread


Serving:10

1.Ingredients:
Wheat flour: 1 and1/2 cup (If only wheat flour is used then use 2 cups)

Coconut flour: 1/2 cup 
Old Fashion Oatmeal: 1/2 cup 
Baking powder: 1tsp
baking soda:1/4tsp

Salt: 1/4tsp
Cinnamon powder: 1 tsp 

Ginger Powder: 1tsp
Nutmeg powder:1/8 tsp 



2. Ingredients:
2 beaten eggs (5 for double)
Pumpkin Puree: 1 cup
Sugar: 1 cup or 3/4 cup for less sweetness
Melted butter: 1/4 cup or Oil: 1/4 cup
Milk : 1 1/4 cup

Walnut chopped: 1/2 cup

Old Fashion Oatmeal for top sprinkling: 1tbs

Method:
Combine 1.ingredients in large bowl. Set it aside.
Mix 2.ingredients (except & nuts) in medium bowl.

Mix well all dry ingredients and mix in egg mixture all at once. 
Add nuts to mixture.

Spoon into  loaf pans that have
been greased or sprayed with Pam. (Fill pans ½ way.). 

Sprinkle dry Oatmeal on the top
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. (1 hour for 9x5x3")
