Chana Dal- 1cup
Urad Dal - 3/4cup
Red chilies - 8
Coconut Powder / Peanut - 1/4cup
Daniya - 2tsp
Jeera - 2tsp
Curry Leaves - 1stick
Asifotida - 1pinch
Jagary - 2tsp
Oil - 2tbs
Salt to taste
Seasoning:
Mustard seeds:1/2 tsp
Cumin / Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Cumin / Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves: 6
Asifotida according to taste

Oil: 2 tbs
Method:
Dry fry Chana Dal, urad dal and Coconut Powder / Peanut and make powder(coarse).
Fry daniya, jeera, curry leaves, tamarind with little oil. make powder with salt.
Prepare seasoning with seasoning ingredients and add both powder and fry for 3 to 4 min then mix in mixer.
