Ingredients:
Puffed Rice / Mandakki / Borugulu - 2 cup
Chopped Onion - 1/4cup
Finely Chopped Cucumber -1/4cup(optional)
Grated carrot - 5tbs

Chopped coriander - 1/4cupChat Masala - 1/2tsp
Chili powder - 1/4tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/8tsp
Cooked and Chopped Potato - 2tbs
Tamarind Date Chutney - 1tbs
Pudina Chutney - 1tsp
Salt to taste
Thin Shev - 2tbs
Method:
Mix all the ingredients except coriander and shev.
Garnish with coriander and shev.
