Finely Chopped Green Apple - 1cup
Turmeric Powder - 1/4tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1/2tsp
Roasted Mustard Seed Powder - 1/8tsp
Roasted Methi/Fenugreek Seed Powder - 1/8tsp
Roasted Cumin/Jeera Seed Powder - 1/8tsp
Salt to taste or 3tsp
Seasoning:
Mustard seeds:1/2 tsp
Cumin / Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Cumin / Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves: 6
Asifotida
Oil: 1 tbs
Method:
mix all ingredients except seasoning ingredients to Green Apple and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and add all seasoning ingredients, when mustard seeds start spluttering turn of flame and garnish seasoning on pickle.
Serve with Rice.
This Green Apple Pickle can be stored for a week.
