Chia Seed Fruit Salad


Ingredients:

Chia Seed - 1/2 cup
Plain Greek Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Almond Milk - 2 cup
Banana - 1
Strawberry - 4
Apple - 1
Almond Flakes - 2tbs
Blue Berry - 1/4 cup
Honey - 3 tbs (according to taste)

Method:

Mix yogurt, Milk and then add Chia seed and mix well.  keep it aside for 10 - 15 min.  mean while chop all the fruits except blue berry and mix to Chia seed mixture and add honey and mix well.
Garnish with nuts and serve.

Note: Any fruits can be added like Kiwi, Peach, grapes, Oranges
