Sprouted Moong Salad / Kosumbari


Ingredients:
Sprouted Moong - 1 cup
Finely Chopped Cucumber - 1/4 cup
Grated Carrot - 1/4cup
Finely Chopped Green Chili - 1tsp
Lemon Juice - 1tsp
Salt to taste

Seasoning:
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Jerra - 1tsp
curry leaves - 6
Oil - 2tbs

Method:
Prepare seasoning. Keep it aside.
Add Finely Chopped Cucumber, Grated Carrot, Finely Chopped Green Chili, Lemon Juice, salt to Sprouted Moong and Garnish with seasoning.

Serve as a side dish with Rice.
