Rava Dosa

Ingredients:

Sooji Rava - 2 cup
Maida - 1/2 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Finely chopped Ginger - 1tsp
Coconut - 1tbs
Yogurt - 2tbs
Coriander leaves - 2tbs
Salt to taste
Water - 6 cup
Oil

Seasoning:

Mustered seeds - 1 tsp
Jerra - 1tsp
Red chillies - 2
curry leaves - 6

Method:

Prepare seasoning and keep it aside. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and add seasoning, if required add more water.
prepare dosa in a nonstick thava.

Rava Dosa is served with Coconut chutney.

Pudina / Mint Powder


Ingredients:

Dry Pudina -1 cup
Grated dry coconut - 1/2 cup
red chillies - 1/2 cup
Sesame seed / Til - 3tsp
Garlic - 4
Tamarind - 1'
Oil - 2tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
Fry all the above ingredients with little oil separately for few min (until it becomes little brown)

make paste of garlic and salt add all other ingredients and make powder.

Pudina Powder is very tasty with Rice /Talipattu.

Note: wash pudina / mint then dry in sun for one or two days....

Wheat Apple nut Cake/ Bread

Serving:10

1.Ingredients:
Wheat fl: 1 cup
All-purpose flour: 1 cup
Baking powder: 3/4tsp
baking soda:1/4tsp
Salt: 1/4tsp
Cinnamon powder: 1/4 tsp
Nutmeg powder:1/8 tsp


2. Ingredients:
2 beaten eggs (5 for double)
Small cut Apple: 1-1/2 cup(~1 medium) Artificial sweetener - 1/3cup
Sugar: 1 cup or 3/4 cup for less sweetness
Melted butter: 1/2 cup

Chocolate chips: 1/2 cup
Walnut chopped: 3/4 cup

Combine 1.ingredients in large bowl. Set aside.
Mix 2.ingredients (except chips & nuts) in medium bowl.
Make well in dry ingredients and mix in egg mixture all at once.
Add chips & nuts to lumpy mixture.
Spoon into two 7.5x3.5x2" loaf pans (or 4 of the small ones) that have
been greased or sprayed with Pam. (Fill pans ½ way.).
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. (1 hour for 9x5x3")

Note:For Sugar free cake don't add Chocolate chip.
