Puffed Rice / Mandakki / Borugulu - 1 cup
Chopped Onion - 1/4cup
Finely Chopped Cucumber -1/4cup(optional)
Grated carrot - 5tbs
Tomato slices - 20
Chopped coriander - 1/4cupGrated carrot - 5tbs

Chat Masala - 1/2tsp
Chili powder - 1/4tsp
Daniya Jeera Powder - 1/2tsp
Tamarind Date Chutney - 1tbs
Pudina Chutney - 1tsp
Salt to taste
Thin Shev - 2tbs
Method:
On a serving plate arrange tomato slices.
Sprinkle/Spread onion, carrot, chat masala, tamarind chutney, pudin chutney, chili powder, cucumber, daniya jeera powder, Puffed rice, salt according to your taste.
On top garnish with coriander and thin shev.
With 15 slices of tomato 3 plates can be prepared.
