Set Dosa

Servings: 2


Rice: 1 cup
Beaten rice: 1/2 cup
Methi seeds: 1/4 tsp

Soak rice for 3 hours and grind it. Soak beaten rice for 10 min(just before grinding), add it at last to grind. let it ferment for 8 - 10 hours. Now the batter is ready to prepare Dosa. This Dosa will be thick n puffy.

This Dosa can be served with coconut chutney.
