Idli with Sona Masoori rice

Ingredients:

Sona masoori rice - 3 cup
Urad Dal - 1 cup
Cooked rice - 1 cup
Methi seed - 1/2tsp

Method:
Soak Sona Masoori rice, Urad Dal, methi seed for 4 to 5 hours. Grind all Soaked ingredients with cooked rice.
Ferment the batter for 10 to 12 hours.

After ferment prepare Idli. (add Baking soda if required)
