Chatney Powder / Roasted Chana Powder / Pudi Chutney

Ingredients:
Roasted Chana - 1cup

Coconut Powder - 3/4cup
Jagary - 1/2tsp
Tamarind - 1'
Red Chili - 5
Salt to taste

Seasoning:
Mustard seeds:1/2 tsp
Cumin / Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves: 6
Red Chili - 2
Oil: 1 tbs

Method:
Dry fry red Chili, when chilies gets cool powder with tamarind, jagary, salt, now add roasted chana and coconut and make powder.

Prepare seasoning with seasoning ingredients and add powder and fry for 3 to 4 min.

Serve Chatney Powder / Roasted Chana Powder / Pudi Chutney with Upma /Rice.
This Powder can be for months..
