Mango Ginger - 1/4lb
Red Chili Powder - 1tsp
Lemon Juice - 4tbs
Salt to taste
Seasoning:
Mustard seeds:1/2 tsp
Cumin / Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves: 6Cumin / Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Asifotida
Oil: 1 tbs
Method:
Prepare seasoning and keep it for a while.
Peel and Finely Chop Mango Ginger(Mavinakai Shunti / Mamamidikai Allam). using food processor / knife then add red chili powder, salt, lemon juice and mix seasoning.
Let it set for 3 to 4 four hours.
Serve Mango Ginger Pickle with Rice
