Ingredients:
Rice: 1 cup
Methi seeds: 1/2 tsp
Beaten rice: 1/8 cup
Cucumber: 1/2
Salt
Method:
Soak rice and methi seeds for 3 to 4 hours. Soak beaten rice for 10 min. Peel cucumber and cut into 2" pieces. Grind all the ingredients. Add salt and Dosa can be prepared immediately.
Cucumber Dosa can be served with coconut chutney.
