Gurellu / Niger / Nyjer Powder
Ingredients:
Gurellu / Niger / Nyjer - 1cup
Garlic - 4
Red chillies - 5
Oil - 1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Dry Fry Gurellu / Niger / Nyjer for 4 to 5 min, when it starts spluttering turn off the flame.
Fry Red Chili with little oil.
Powder red chili, garlic and salt then add Gurellu / Niger / Nyjer and make powder.
Gurellu / Niger / Nyjer Powder can be served with Rice / Chapathi and can be used for some curries.
