Idly

Serving: 5

Ingredients:

Urad dal: 1/2 cup
Idly rava: 2 cup
Cooked rice: 1/8 cup

Method:

Soak Urad dal for 2 to 3 hours. grind urad dal with little water. Wash idly rava, take out all the water from it. mix rava to batter n grind it for few min, at last add cooked rice and grind it.

Now the batter is ready let it ferment for 10 hours.

Prepare idly using idly cooker, it has to be steamed for about 10 - 12 min. let it cool for 2 to 3 min. Now idlies are ready to serve.
