Idli Using Idli rice

Serving: 6
Ingredients:
Idly rice: 3 cup
White rice: 1 cup
Urad dal: 1 cup
Methi seeds: 1/2 tsp
Sabudhana : 1/8 sup (optional)
Chana Dal: 2tsp
Beaten rice: 1/4 cup
Salt
Baking Soda
Method:
Soak rice, dal, methi seeds and Soy beans for 6 hours then grind it. at last add cooked rice and soaked beaten rice.
keep it in a warm place and let it ferment for 8 to 10 hours..
Add salt and Baking Soda just before preparing the idly. Grease the idly plate with oil before putting the idly batter in the plate.
steam idly for 10 - 12 min. let it cool for 2 to 3 min. Idlis are ready to serve. Serve Idli with Coconut Chutney.
Note: with this batter Dosa can also be prepared.
