Tomato Chutney for Idly

Serving: 4


Tomato: 2
Onion: 1
Urad dal: 1tsp
Mustered seeds: 1/4 tsp
Greethi chillies: 3
Sambar powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt: according to taste

In a pan dry fry urad dal, mustered seeds and keep it aside. In a pan heat oil and fry cut onion until it become tender now add green chillies and tomatoes, cook it for 5 to 10 min. let it cool for 10 min. mix all the ingredients n grind it.

This chutney can be served with Idly.
