Ingredients:
Sorekai / Sorekaya / Bottle guard - 1 / 1lb
Roasted Peanut - 2tsp
Coconut - 2tsp
Daniya Jeera Powder /Curry Masala - 1/2tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4tsp
Red chilies - 4

Chopped coriander - 1tbs
Seasoning:
Mustered seeds:1/2 tsp
Cumin / Jeera: 1/2 tsp

Curry leaves: 6
Red Chillies: 2
Oil: 2 tbs
Method:
Prepare seasoning then add Peeled(optional) and Chopped Sorekai / Sorekaya / Bottle guard and fry for few min then add 1/2 cup water.
Grind Peanut, Coconut, Curry Masala, turmeric powder, red chilies with 1/4 cup water.
Add ground masala to the curry and cook for few min.
Garnish with chopped coriander.
Serve hot with Chapathi / Rice
