Seasoning:
Mustard seeds:1/2 tsp
Cumin / Jeera: 1/2 tsp

Curry leaves: 6
Red Chillies: 2
Oil: 2 tbs
Method:
Prepare seasoning then add Chopped Thondekai / Dhondakai /Tindora and fry for few min then add 1/2 cup water.
Powder Coconut, Curry Masala, Jeera, garlic, turmeric powder, red chilies, jagary.Add ground Powder to the curry and cook for few min.
Garnish with chopped coriander.
Serve hot with Chapathi / Rice
